Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order. No minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.

When it arrives

Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days: 1–2 business days to process, then 2–5 business days in transit from our US warehouse.

Where we ship

The 50 US states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship outside the US right now.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders

Order by 15 December for the best chance of Christmas delivery. Carriers can run slower in late December.

Address changes

Please check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If you spot a mistake, email us right away.
