Returns & Refunds

14-day returns. Start a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@trenzora.com with your order number.

What can be returned

Unworn items with original tags attached, in the original clear garment bag.

Final sale: bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, jewelry and beauty items. (We don't currently stock these.)

Return shipping

Paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

How it works

1. Email us and we'll reply with a return authorization number and the return address.
2. Ship it back within 7 days of getting the authorization, with the number inside the package.
3. We refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving it. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the size you need — our Fit Guide can help.

Wrong or damaged item

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
