How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add the items you want to your cart, and check out. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so email support@trenzora.com as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours. Once an order is being processed, it can't be changed.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — a confirmation email is sent right after you order. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

How much is shipping?

US shipping is free on every order.

How long does delivery take?

3–7 business days: 1–2 to process, 2–5 in transit from our US warehouse. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Not right now — we ship within the US only, free on every order.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

14 days from delivery, unworn with tags attached. See Returns & Refunds.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?

Email support@trenzora.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
