Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–8 business days, for an estimated total of 8–11 business days from the date of purchase.

Which states do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 US states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Please check our current promotions and announcement bar for free shipping offers and thresholds.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Non-intimate items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear, bodysuits, and sleepwear are final sale for hygiene reasons.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at support@trenzora.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Please include photos if the item is defective or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.

Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to track your delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders enter processing immediately after placement. Please contact us at support@trenzora.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes before shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Products & Sizing

How do I find my size?

We recommend checking the size chart available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

What fabrics do you use?

Our products are crafted from soft, skin-friendly fabrics designed for comfort and durability. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.

Are your intimate products hygienic?

Yes. All intimate apparel is shipped in sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, lingerie, shapewear, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only (all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping. Please check back as we plan to expand in the future.
