At Trenzora, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Transit Time
Once your order has been shipped, please allow 7 to 8 business days for delivery. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at support@trenzora.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Trenzora is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs).
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@trenzora.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
