Final Sale Items — Lingerie & Intimate Apparel
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bras and bralettes
- Panties and underwear
- Lingerie sets
- Shapewear
- Bodysuits
- Sleepwear worn close to the body
We strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide and product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about fit or sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
Eligible Returns
Items that are not classified as intimate apparel (e.g., robes, outerwear, accessories) may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags are attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Item is not marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@trenzora.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trenzora.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style for an eligible item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
